so i'm driving home from work today, and some dude is doing like 100 down the road, and pulls within inches of my bumber and acts like he's going to hit me, what do i do, well, when they drive by, i flip him off.... so what do they do, they act like they are going to hit me some more... Does anyone know of a good way to find out where these people live by their registration from their license plate number? I'd really love to bash in their windows.
