It's because a man doesn't have the testicular fortitude to call to the court's attention that he's whipped by his wife...
literally. Or, it's because women get women lawyers... and women lawyers eat the testicular fortitude right off of the competition. Or, it's because women turn on the water works when the judge looks her way, and that's no the sign of a man-beater.
