Sure I've seen it, who hasn't. But he/that couldn't be helped (until he made a deal with the gaurds). Not bending down is a precaution that would decrease you chances of something unfortunate happening!
Plus, I don't recall him getting sexually abused. Sure he was about to be, but then he went on about the business with a locked jaw
. He was just brutally battered from what was 'shown' to us. Maybe he was.
