Burnout 2 seems a little
too focused on power slides or whatever, and NFSU is slightly less reliant on such. However, Burnout 2 has a hella-awsome damage model, whereas NFSU has none.
So basically, you should get both. As well as Midnight Club 2, which is also a very cool racing game.
