Evidently, whats "hip" here is the flu.
There has been a recent outbreak of it, and it has been proclaimed a flu "epidemic". On Tuesday, only 70% of the students at my school were actually there. They had a doctor come in, and based on his analyses, they canceled school for the rest of the week.
This way it has time to die out.
So I get off of school wednesday - friday, then I have a weekend, I go to school Monday and Tuesday next week, then I get out wednesday - friday again for Thanksgiving break! Its so awesome.
Im just glad I didnt catch the flu...Im really lucky, because my mom, dad, and brother have it.
