How many seasons of the Simpsons exist so far? I've never really watched the new ones just the re-runs featured on UPN. Is it true that the latests seasons/episodes are losing their touch?

I believe it is going into the 16th season.
And the newer ones are good for a cheap laugh. You can't completely blame them if it is losing their touch. They have done almost every single idea ever.

Yeah, their touch isn't as good as it was back then but honestly, after that many seasons, your ideas have to be running thin. But its still fun to watch like mentioned above.

The Simpson's last great year was season 9, but good-average Simpsons is still Great TV.
