Jeff, Doug and I want you to be our 3rd roomate in the house on 1st st rent is only 234 a month that doesn't include utilities.. You don't even have to sign a lease.. :)

Aside from that, I'd like to talk to you, Doug, Seth, and Jeff before you guys make any decisions about moving into an apartment. It's a big change from living at home and it requires responsibility and courage. So PM me with a time you'd like to have a group chat and then we'll discuss this together and make sure everyone feels comfortable.
