Greetings.

Are you familiar with the fine art of photoshopping?

Well now is your chance to show off your skills in a competition of great magnitude and humour.

Every so often I will post a challenge and give you an ingredient.

Your job is to use photoshop to make the picture funny. Start with an existing picture and do anything like adding text, warping the picture adding different pictures to make it funny. The pictue must include the given ingredient or the picture will be disqualified.

Submit as many pics as you wish.

For now, I need a panel of 6 other people don't know how to use photoshop to help me judge the pictures. Send me an application via private message.

Remember, the only way you can win is to make the funniest picture.

Expect to see the first competition after the panel is selected.

your letting people pick thiert own picture and editing it?

really you should post a picture for them and have everyone edit the same one to see what they come up with. That way its off thier creative ability and not thier ability to stuble apon a better picture to start off with. :p

just a thought tho.

The panel is for the judges. I think that once this is all ready Dylflon will post a picture and you'll have to take it an do what he said up in the directions.

It won't be judged on who foudn the funnier picture. A lot of the time what makes a picture funny is clever text.


Example:

Picture of cat sitting.

Photoshopped version:

Cat is wearing a soviet officer hat. There is a hammer and sickle in the top rght of the pic. Red text reads "Cats are for commmunists. Get a dog."

You'll just have to find your own pictures.

do it how you want. hehe. im just sayin that gives some an advantage over others from the start.

you find a good picture that has a lot of possibilites to do with its a lot easier then if you cant find a good pic to work with.

then there are hundreds of message boards around who had a photoshop this thread. easily enough someone doing this here could take one of thiers they did and post it.

finding your own pic and telling them to edit it to see what they come up with, levels the playing field and chances of it being done by someone else before are limited.

OOh I know I mean can I be part of the panel to be a judge saying that I have some ability that I can judge with :) sorry for the mis interpret
