Off to NTC
 

We have to head up north to the Army's National Training Center at Ft. Irwin, CA. From what we hear, this is where the Army goes to test their units, and determine if they're ready for combat. We're also the first Marine unit to ever go through, so we have our reputation on the line. It's going to be 4,000 of them fighting 600 of us, with MILES gear. I think it's slightly unfair if you ask me ;)

Anyway, it got to 126 up there today (only 110 down here), and a lot of our guys who went up there early are already becoming heat casualties. It's going to be a long month :(

I should be back on the 24th or so, but I go on 2 week leave shortly after.

4,000 of them fighting 600 of you that does seem a little unfair. thats about an 6(almost 7) to 1 ratio. Look at the bright side more killing for you. :D Give'em Hell.
