Boy Expelled for Throwing Pie Too Hard

The 15-year-old student's parents are appealing the 80-day expulsion that will keep their son out of school until next winter. They point out that their son's grade point average tops three-point-four -- and they say his education is at stake.

The pie-throwing event was part of a fund-raiser for the American Cancer Society.

Yep, weak bitch. Maybe the old bastard shouldn't have had a 15 year old throw a pie at him. Since the principal agreed to have the pie thrown, the legal system will just laugh at him and let the kid get back to school.

There's an easy way to avoid these problems: don't give high school students the opportunity to throw a pie at your face.

that was idiotic... "YOU WIN! THROW A PIE AT YOUR PRINCIPLE!"

BAM!

"Your expelled! That was hard!"

Maybe they should've outlined the rules of the contest by saying, "Throwing hard enough may get you expelled..."

Notice how the contest was to THROW A PIE... so...

usually when you PIE someone it's just a smack or something, but it clearly states you get to THROW the pie...lol
