I dont believe it. Not for a second. Its a bunch of bull, I think. the kid(?) just died while playing Nintendo, not because the game gave him a seziure, jeebers.

Yes, the woman should have done a little more research before going sue-happy. Even I saw the warning about things like this in the manual (which is why nintendo cant loose no matter what she says) and I barley skimmed through it.

But the saddest thing is a 30 year old many is 48 hours a week. Dose he have a job? I think he is likely living with his mother. Not a even a video game job would allow you that kind of play time.

I'm wondering if the guy had other health problems or if he was just mooching off his mother.. he couldn't have a job...

That's just stupid. There are warnings. I doubt if she'll even spend the money on a funeral, or if she needs it for a funeral. She's probably just trying to get some cash off of her son's death.

The warnings say to not play for more than an hour or so and to take lots of breaks. Seeing that Nintendo had these warning PLAINLY VIEWABLE at the front of the instruction manual, they shouldn't lose any money.
