First you're like 'meh' but then you're like 'waah!'

Ok sometimes you don't expect anything from a movie (just some stupid action) but when you see it you're almost blown away!

I had that feeling with Spiderman. Spiderman has almost everything a good movie needs: good story, character development (yadayadayada), action, graphics, emotion, love and a cool ending. :D

The same with A Knight's Tale. I thought it would be a corny movie with some stupid action, but it was actually REALLY good. :D

I'm sure there are more movies like this... a lot more. ;)

I can't wait for Spiderman 2, it's going to be so cool. I agree, I went into that movie thinking it's just a cool action super hero movie but it was in depth and emotionally moving and stuff.

When I saw Spiderman the first time, I was expecting it to be really good, and it was, but then I saw it a few more times and I realized that the acting wasn't really that good. I guess it was just one of those movies that you can only see once and be blown away.

As for your question, I'll have to think about it. I remember a few movies that were like what you said, but I can't remember what they were.

The movie "City of God". I went in to see it without knowing what the hell it was even about and it blew me away. Having no expectations can be a very good thing...

"A Knight's Tale".

I borrowed this from a family member, and I had never even heard of it befor. It was awesome.

Did you guys know that it is based on one of the Canterburry Tales? And the naked poet guy that is always giving big speeches is based off the author of the Canterburry tales, Chaucer.

Yea I know what you mean, spiderman was a great movie. Theres a select few movies out there that, after you have watched them, you'll just sit there in silence and awe thinking about how great it was. It dosent happen very often, but its what keeps me watching movies.

True that it is a great movie, but I expected it was going in because of Wes Anderson's previous work, so for me it wasn't quite "meh" to "waah", it was "waah!" to "yep, waah!"
