Scan down on this page. You will see a post with big red letters at the begining and pictures. Read that one. It gives what he says he thinks was causing the light.

Hrmph welp Ive spent way too much time reading this garbage that will end up being a joke anyways. But the light does finally come back on page 14. (theres really no reason to read much of the other pages)

anyway, read page 25 and saw what his theory was...i didnt bother to read anythig else, but i think it might be a prank by another of his friends or something...*shrug*

in any case, i would go there with a friend or 2 before it gets dark and just wait till whoever is doing it shows up...yeah...pretty freaky still.
