need some help/guidance.....

I'm building a new gaming PC, and I'm not sure about these 2 parts being compatible, could you tell me if they are? Please keep in mind that this is a budget PC. (these parts are from harddrive.com)
Motherboard-MSI P4MAM-L P4 533MHz ATA133 mATX MB AUDIO/VID/LAN
Tower-Hydraulic Black Mid-Tower ATX Case 300 Watts(Just search ThorTek. it's the 119.00 case)

Well? Will they work together? please answer.

If your talking about the mobo and the case, they should work together. As long as the mobo is AT/ATX compatible, it will work fine.
