That was a design created by Bleutuna of the IGN boards for a contest to create the best NEXT GEN mock up for Nintendo's new console. Pretty old like others have said.

I like how when people think of mock ups, they normally always put in some traits from older systems... Like the circle corner things of N64 were in a ton of 'Dolphin' fakes...
