Thats the problem with America. Anyone will sue anyone for anything.

The mother forgets that her child is a toddler. Toddlers get hurt sometimes. Regardless of the amount of green rails in said toddler's vicinity.

Reminds me of an article I read the other day, about a San Francisco Giants fan who is trying to sue Dustin Hermanson(a former Cardinal baseball pitcher). Here's the alleged story: A bunch of Giant fans were pounding on the Cardinal player bus after the cardinals lost to the Giants in the playoffs. Hermanson exited the bus, exchanged a few choice words and gestures with the fan, then hit him up side the head. Apparently hermanson hit him open-handed, so it couldnt have done much. Hes suing for 11 million. These are the kinds of stupid ass ****s that the court had better just throw out the case. And im sure they will in both cases.
