N64 Dr. Mario
 

Has anyone played Dr. Mario on N64? I was just wondering how you unlock the extra characters. I have had the game forever, but just recently got curious.

One of the best games ever is the Dr.Mario/Tetris combo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Puzzle perfection.

my mom and older sister used to stay up all night playing that game... i liked it quite a lot but I think they were more obsessed.

You mean Tetris Attack? Yeah, that game was like a big, sharp, pointy hook. And it hurt a lot when you were off of it.

Tetris Attack? I'm not sure about her, but I was actually talking about Dr.Mario/Tetris, and I'm pretty sure that's the title of it...never played tetris attack, what makes it different from normal tetris?

Chain combos.. fierce competition-based Tetris. Super addictive-- most people (even mothers and siblings) are known to get hooked.. when jeepnut's slave said that, I immediatly thought Tetris Attack.

Ive heard of Wetrix.

I think I even wanted it at one point, but I never got around to buying it. I actually have the nintendo power book that had the article in it about it, but I dont feel like going to hunt it down.

I've played the DC version of Wetrix. It's not too bad. Can get addicting pretty fast.

Nintendo knows how to milk their tetris. Thank god for Russian Communism, or they wouldn't have been able base any games on it without paying royalties. :P
