My favorite would have to be A Modest Destiny. Some pretty neat pixel art, a nice storyline, and some of the best characters in a webcomic form to make one of the most entertaining websites on the net.

Pretty darn funny too.

I agree, Homestarrunner is awesome, I love those Strongbad emails. http://happytreefriends.com is also good for a laugh if you want to check it out.
