Where I live.

While, technically the ruling has to go through other stuff and stuff...this has been going to happen for sometime, and it can't be stopped. Ontario has ruled that it's legal for a small amount of possession. So ya...

I don't smoke, so I guess I don't care. But on the other hand, I agree that it's a good idea to legalize it.

Dude, I've been whacking people's heads all day! The correct term is decriminalization. I know this article says "legal" probably around 5 times but they've only decriminalized it.

Two different terms. :p

That is true. You just can't light up a J in the middle of a park or something (even though that's where most people smoke it, lol). Its just that if you get caught with some weed on you, you don't go to court, you just get a fine.

I guess this would be for people who get it planted on them or something... Like they're unknowingly haning out with a pothead, they get stopped by a cop for some reason or another, the guy with the pot switches discreetly puts it on the other guy for the cop to blame.

Make it easier on the innocent people I guess... Makes sense I guess...

lol...i'm guessing you don't smoke...niether do i, but friends that i know would never "plant it" on someone....hehe... screw gettin sumone in trouble when they can get high :p

If it was up to me, "pot" would not be decriminalized. But oh well, I don't smoke it, so it doesn't bother me too much. But I happen to hate stoners with a passion.

I second the first sentence, not the second one. I HATE the smell of pot, so I'd like it to stay illegal. :devil:
