Samus: Bounty hunter. Did I mention it's a girl? Sweet. Has defeated: Toad & Kazooie.

Gex: Gecko video game character. Weird. Has defeated: Ico & Mr. Resetti.

errr, ima hafta go for samus on this one, although the gex games were sumwhat entertaining, they don't come CLOSE to the metroid series
