worm found.... need help finding a patch!

i have windows 98 the worm that i found is called W32.Kitro.B.Worm

could someone please help me patch this i have quarantined the files for now.

If you have it quarantined, shouldn't you be able to delete it? Or did it do something to your computer?

check on symantics website they have a lot of removal tools
