Yay for Booker T
Well it seems that Triple H is gonna make an example out of Booker T and show it is possible to ruin someone's career worse than he tried with Jericho.
As Booker T will face Triple H on Raw next week for the World Heavyweight Title in a match Booker T got like no chance in hell of winning. So Triple H would have had Booker T jobbed to him twice in the span of 3 weeks, I think that is a personal record for the Game. |
Nah, it'd take a while before Booker T is a bigger bitch than Jericho was.
I bet Nash, Triple H, and Michaels will be together in a month or so, and Triple H will continue to gain victory after victory with ease until he loses it to Nash. Or Goldberg. Because we all know Nash and Goldberg deserve and should have the belt. But probably Nash because it makes even less sense. |
lol, nobody expects Booker to win anyway, and (like mentioned many times on the show) if it wasn't for outside interference HHH wouldn't have won at WM anyway.
So I don't see how another cheat filled match really compares to how the HHH/Jericho rivalry was. I don't consider anybody turning anybody into thier bitch unless they beat them fairly more than once... like Rock/Austin WM style. |

Some people would rather just avoid reality *shakes head and walks away* |

Also, I think the match was very good, and once again, our #1 heel who gets bad reactions from both casual and hardcore fans of the WWE had to cheat to win. HHH leaves both matches with a belt, but not looking like anything close to the winner. But meh, you guys all hate HHH no matter what he does... -EDIT- Oh, and I needed to add this... what the hell is wrong with the fans? Rock is a good guy and gets booed, Rock is a bad guy and gets cheered... I think it's time for him to move to a neutral position much like Mr. Austin. |
I actually liked the way that the Title match was booked last night. It made Booker look a lot tougher than the Wrestlemania match (a world title belt shot to the head is the equivalent of a shotgun blast in wrestling), plus while HHH was still doing his Bruno Sammartino impression, he worked a little better than usual, which still isn't good but its better than normal.
Anyone else see a huge swerve coming at Backlash? After seeing last night I think the Clique reforming is a lock. |

Yeah, I think I already said that but as soon as I saw the three of them in the ring a week or two ago, it was made painfully obvious that they'll all be together real soon. Whenever a Clique member is at the top of the WWF/E, it sucks. When Diesel was on top in 1995, it sucked. With Shawn at top, I thought it sucked but that is arguable. Now with Trips at top, it sucks. Low ratings and buyrates all around for those three. |

at this point... past WM, what could HHH possibly do that you would consider the right thing to do.... I mean, besides leaving. Should he have lost that Raw match, should he lose to Goldberg? At this point what can he do? We can't change the past, if you had control over HHH's fate going into this tag match, and more importantly going into this Goldberg feud, what would you do or what should HHH do to become a reasonable wrestler again? |
To make HHH a reasonable wrestler the following would need to be followed:
1) Drop 25 pounds. He's too overblown and blows up very early in matches, and its affecting his performance a lot. He's the current king of the rest hold. Remember how good he was when he was smaller? Plus all that weight can't help out when you have a surgically repaired leg. 2) Either take the strap off of HHH or take Steph off the creative team. The influence of this pair in the booking and writing is obvious and is hurting the product and the morale backstage. Plus, its extremely unprofessional. 3) HHH needs to lose. The fact that he has been built up like he is takes any suspense or excitement out of his matches. Why would you want to watch when you don't think he'll ever lose. Its the same old thing over and over again and its dull. I'm not saying HHH can't win the title back, but when you never lose no one will care, and if you're paying attention to the ratings NO ONE DOES. The very fact that, as according to you, "it doesn't make sense" for HHH to lose to Booker T or really anyone eslse for that matter is a direct reflection of the fact THAT HE NEVER LOSES. If he loses a match or two, then it will make sense because the person that goes over will be elevated to his level. See how that makes sense? If all you do is annihilate anyone you come in contact with, then no one will be a legitimate contender. He needs to lose the title and lose it fast to Booker T or else none of the last 3 months makes sense. But I'm sure you'll find plenty of ways to talk aroud the logic I pointed out, so lets hear it. |

Personally, I agree, he needs a break... He should be one of those guys who wrestle 6 months per year, then takes off. Too bad he isn't Rock, I mean, he needs some other crap to do. Quote:

Second of all, I asked how WWE should handle his near future. You said you liked how the Booker vs HHH match was booked, so Ican't really aim this at you. But I'm saying, leading into the feud with Goldberg is there anything that he could realistically do that could change your opinion about him? Also, I still fail to see where HHH "annihilated" any of his opponents sense he got the world title... and even the last time he had the WWE title. I think they let him destroy Jericho at his comeback because that was the heel to injure this face... but other than that HHH doesn't look anything near as unbeatable as people are putting it out to be. |
I can't say that I do have any good ideas for what Triple H could do right now, because everything that is wrong with him is a result of what has happened in the past.
I don't think he should have lost on Raw to Booker, but only because it should have been done at Wrestlemania. Had the Wm match never happened, then I think he should have lost to Booker then. If Flair, Jericho, and Triple H all cheat heavily and Booker still pulls out the victory and gets the title, then that would have been a perfect way to give Booker a lot more credibility in one match. Maybe have Triple H mad at Jericho for not helping him enough or blaming him for the loss or anything like that, then have Jericho go feud with Booker for the title while Triple H feuds with Goldberg I guess. Have Triple H and Jericho begin to get on eachothers nerves more and more though in a little side feud, then have Triple H cost Jericho the title in a match with Booker, and have Jericho cost Trips a match against Goldberg. For the next PPV build up a Jericho versus still heel Triple H, heel vs heel(maybe with his clique buddies now as I dunno what else they'll do) and have Jericho clearly win a feud with Triple H. Booker goes on to feud with the Rock before Rock leaves or whatever, Goldberg can feud with Nash or who the hell knows, then Jericho can go on to face Booker again and actually win the belt, or Jericho can go on to face Goldberg (who could win the belt from Booker perhaps) and beat him in a feud. Well that's a big giant mess of ideas, but I never said I could fix the problems I have with Triple H right now. :D |
I gotta show you guys this because well, uh, it's funny as hell
http://hhhaven.cjb.net/ That's the main page... here are some little Quizzes Which HHH are you? How much do you hate HHH? Even though I'm an HHH fan, this site is still quite funny. Here are my results: ![]() You are a HHH fan. You poor misguided soul. You obviously don't know what's good for you. You turn a blind eye to everything negative, and worship a man who only worships himself. How can you ignore everything? Open your eyes my friend, open your eyes to the true nature of your "God." Let others help you see the light. ![]() You are "McMahon-Helmsley Era HHH." You're not too bad really, I mean, people can still watch you. But you're plotting, and your wooing Stephanie. All part of your evil plan? Perhaps, but it doesn't come to head until you tear your quad. Then it was all downhill. |
