GCN gets a racing simulation

A cel-shaded racing game which is based on the GT Advance series for GameBoy Advance. Unlike Capcom's Auto Modellista, GT Cube uses cel-shaded vehicles and regular 3D textured backgrounds, this is intended to make the vehicles stand out from the background. The game will have over 20 race courses, each with variable weather conditions. You can also collect different kinds of gear parts and customize your vehicles. GT Cube will be released in Japan on April 25.


A cel-shaded Gran Turismo style game... hope this game is good. Since only the cars are cell-shaded this has tons of potential.

It sound's like a good game which I will probably get since there are no really great racing games on the 'Cube. And considering racing is one of my fav. genres, I want to see some high res. pics of this game! Not the scanned crap I just saw. But it sound weird having the cars being cel-shaded and the backgrounds/everything else being "real".

shouldnt be that weird.. it would be kinda like jet grind radio :unsure: and i dunno bout this game... looks alright i guess.. :unsure:
