Justin's Zelda rush
Ok, I've made a decision, I'm quitting LOZ:MQ, and I'm just going to play the classic OoT. I heard that the ending of the game has somthing to do with WW, so I might as well beat it. I have 20 days to do it, so I have made a day by day log on what I will complete for the day.
Due to the fact that I have allready beat the game clear to gannon's castle (when my game was then stolen ), I'm probably going to use the free guide I got with the game to rush through some of the puzzle elements of the game. My intentions are more for the story, and for the ending that I deserved to see in the past, but didn't get to see. Here is my schedule of tasks I will do, starting today until the 25th, when Cel-da is released 3/5/2003-Beat Deku Tree 3/6/2003-Beat Dodongo's Cavern 3/7/2003-Beat Mission inside Jabbu Jabbu's belly 3/8/2003-TBA 3/9/2003-Collect all available Skulltullas and heart pieces and get all upgrades then travel to the future 3/10/2003-TBA 3/11/2003-Beat Forrest Temple 3/12/2003-TBA 3/13/2003-Beat Fire Temple 3/14/2003-TBA 3/15/2003-Beat Ice Cavern 3/16/2003-TBA 3/17/2003-Beat Water Temple 3/18/2003-TBA 3/19/2003-Beat bottom of the well, and Beat Shadow Temple 3/20/2003-TBA 3/21/2003-Beat Spirit Temple 3/22/2003-TBA 3/23/2003-Final rush to get every sigle Skulltulla and Heart Piece and completely load up on items 3/24/2003-TBA 3/25/2003-Beat Gannon's castle and do final Battle The days listed as "TBA" are days I have left open, just in case.... in these days either I complete the task from the day before, or I simply wonder the world looking for everything I can possibly scrap up. I will post a day-by day review of the crap I do here, just so I can stay on track. :p I may need help, or tips with certain parts I may have forgot about. I will try to stay ahead of schedule, even though I have lots of room to fall behind. I hope that I can stay below 2hrs of gameplay on any given day, once I get to two hours of gameplay in a day, the game gets saved and turned off, no matter where I am. So I guess the completion time will be 40 hours or less... with a guide that shouldn't be that hard.... or will it? |
LOL... A video game log? Man, I thought you were cool.
|
I suggest you give yourself some more time for skultulas and heart peices  maybe not tho.. but lol.. a video game log
|
So when's Zelda coming to the US? |
Well, I'lljust keep everything to myself then, bastards :p
This is not much time to flip the game... ZeldaWW comes out the 25t why do so many people ask when it's released? |
Real hardcore gamers would beat the games three times in that period. :D
jk You can take that any way you want.. it's just that when I plan out games like that and it spans over week periods I tend to forget what I actually did. Which is a total drag, might I add. |

Loser of the week ------> :( <--- Justin
;) |
it shouldn't take nearly that long if you have the guide. I beat the game playin off and on for a week and a half, didn't get all the skultulas or hearts but who needs all the hearts. Gannon was a serious Joke.

As for the idea....I think folks summed it up:p |
offical site says 24th.
eb website says 24th even tho EB told me i could prolly get it 23rd :p |
I think its kinda a neat Idea, not something I would want everybody in the forum doing, but I dont have a problem with it...
*gets stoned by fellow GT members* Ok Ok, Justin sucks ass...and so does his Idea. But how does the ending of OOT have something to do with WW I wonder... SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER... ... ... Would that have something to do link being ONLY Young link in WW? ... ... END SPOILER. |
Errrrrr Jason I read an interview with Miyamoto where he basically said the Link in Zelda games is not always the same Link, so I doubt this one is the Link from OoT (especially since he has a sister now all of a sudden)...
Sooooo I don't see how what you said would have anything to do with the new Zelda... And I've never heard of how OoT's ending has something to do with WW  |

It does.... Kind of.... *SPOILER* WW takes place at least 100 years after OoT (some say a century, others say centuries... translation stuff....). It talks about the Hero of Time and how boys now wear green clothing similar to the Hero of Time's. There are also several other connections to OoT's story, but I don't think any of them are so major that you need to play OoT to play WW. *SPOILER* ...... That's all..... *shrugs and walks away* |
