If you look in the Gamecube instructions where it explains the memory card take a close look at the icons and the Super Mario 64 on it.

This could solve all our questions about pre-order bonuses! They probably already have them ported so they could work on the GC masterpieces!

I was thinking about that when I got Zelda:OoT and OoT: MQ. I remembered seeing in the instruction booklet of the pic. of the Hyrule shield. So when I first booted OoT/OoT: MQ, I created the save file and checked the mem. card screen. The picture was different, so I was kind of dissapointed since I thought that if it was the same pic, maybe other games would be brought over. But meh, I known for a good time that it was just for show, even though Nintendo did this to make gamers think.

still, you have to admire his enthusiasm :D
