Question for People using PSO with Modem Adapter
What ISP are you using? I'm trying to find an ISP that uses a PPP protocol. AOHELL doesn't and neither does NetZero(a man has to think odd, okay). Or for people who know of an ISP I can check out that I can get online with, let me know. I dont want to pay too much. Nothing over $20. Probably about $0-15 a month, preferably.

Well, mine's are from Puerto Rico, so I can't help you there (Unless you want to pay long distance calls). But, try Juno. Just trying to help here. I dunno if ti does use a PPP protocol. But you won't lose anything with checking it out.

Well, its not gonna matter much anymore. A friend of mine is gonna allow me to use his name and whatnot to get online.:D

I wish I could actually PLAY PSO online!:mad2: But I keep getting the thing saying "Your credit card info. could not be processed at this time. Please verify that all information is correct." I know its all correct, I copied the credit card numbers straight off my friends cc!(YES, he said I could use it until I can get one) But I emailed Sega and hopefully get a reply. A few people in the PSO help forum said that its probably alot of people doing transactions and thats why it might not be working. Kind of makes sense considering a bigger town is next door across the river. But I HOPE to get online soon. Damn Sega is really pissing me off.

where??
Where is the almighty MODEM adapter?? Where?? I live near Wichita, Kansas so it might not have an EBgames or GAME or whatever large joints they have around. Now once I find it I just need my arents to foot the PSO bill
|
Just order it from EBgames.com and have your parents pay for it, but give them the money for it. Thats about the only option if there are no places that carry the adapter in your area.
