New UAG game? And Mario Kart online?

Quote:

- ACCORDING TO the Japanese magazine Nintendo Dream, United Game Artists (UGA), the studio of Sega to the origin of Rez (Dreamcast, PlayStation 2) and series of the Space Channel 5, would be developing a title on GameCube that should be unveiled this spring. It will be not a matter not any a new episode of Space Channel 5 specifies the magazine.

- ACCORDING TO the Japanese magazine Nintendo Dream, Mario Kart on GameCube would be jouable Online.
-Newtechnix (not a good translation)

Is Jouable even a word in english?

Well, regardless, it's good to see more ties with sega. Though I never was crazy about UGA.

Joeiss 01-06-2003 04:50 PM

Jou... jou... jou.... Doesn't that mean "to play" in French? So that means "would be playable online".

Dyne 01-06-2003 05:17 PM

I'm guessing it means "Would be a good idea". Or, "playable". You know.

Je ne sais pas beaucoup de le francais.

Perfect Stu 01-06-2003 05:58 PM

'jouer' in french means 'to play'...I'm sure the term 'jou' is used in other languages meaning 'to play' as well...

fermer la bouche et manger poutine!

Joeiss 01-06-2003 07:07 PM

Je m'appel Joseph et je suis drol et tres forte!

Fouque!!!!!!!!

GameMaster 01-06-2003 08:29 PM

I think he meant do-able, as in possible.

Crono 01-06-2003 08:51 PM

As much as I'd like to see Mario Kart Online, Nintendo will probably screw us over. Although, who knows.

GameKinG 01-07-2003 01:06 AM

Who cares, its a rough translation of french. And they may have had a not to perfect japanese translation. (Nintendo Dream is japanese right?).

Dyne 01-07-2003 02:13 AM

Yeah, Japanese, and I've never heard of it either. Just like that V-Jump megaton crap.

Angrist 01-08-2003 07:35 AM

Dutch guy to the rescue:
jouable means playable. :)

And Dyne, de + le = du. :)

Dyne 01-08-2003 02:00 PM

Ahhh, mon dieux. Je suis fatigue beaucoup. Merci, mon copain. :p

Angrist 01-09-2003 11:15 AM

I'd rather say "Je suis tres fatigue"... :D

How come you speak french??? *looks at his location* Ah, Canada eh?? :D

Dyne 01-09-2003 01:26 PM

Yeah, I'm forced to learn french in school tous les temps. I've morphed into the franglais freak I am today. I've even learned the maitre corbeau song... Maitre corbeau sur un arbre perche, t'en-etes en son bec du fromage. :p

I'd rather have learned german, but they haven't FINALIZED IT! Bastards. My brother gets to take german though.

Well, can't complain.. knowing french is a piece of cake. Come to think of it I've aced every project given to me mainly because I used my graphical skills. And my grammar isn't bad either. :sneaky:

Crap, I'm off topic aren't I...? *ahem* I used newtechnix once for a french project! Yeah, I stole their story about how the Xbox and Gamecube stacked up to eachother, and my teacher BRUTALIZED it with corrections! Newtechnix must be french-french.:p

Angrist 01-10-2003 04:12 AM

Yeah that's pretty stupid when teachers correct something you quoted from other writers or something. I had that with my book report of The Lord of the Rings.

I hate german. I guess it looks too much like dutch. Confuses me... But because of that, it's easy for us to understand it. :)

Euh.... Mario Kart online rules!
