hey guys...i was just being bored as usual, looking at my icons and stuff, and i wanted to creat my own desktop theme, i know this has been posted and stuff before, but i would like to know sites or programs that allow you to create your own theme.

since oyur not allowed to post links here, i would appreciate it if you guys would PM me wit them, thx.

We can't post links?:confused: I thought you can't post links to only Rom sites? But I honestly don't know of sites that allow you to do it. Just search around on Google or Yahoo to find a theme you might like.
