Zelda Title Unveiled.
|
Coolio.
|
It sucks. Waker? Wanker? Quaker?
Wind Walker would've been better. |
That is exactly why I have my av. *points to avatar*
The Wind Waker... I guess it's better than the baton of the wind. Damn, I was also looking forward to controlling time again... ah well. EDIT: I guess we're calling this baby WW in shorthand from now on. (not celda. I'll rip your lungs out if anyone calls it celda!) |
Where can I buy me a wind wanker?
|
Wind Walker? That would have been worse!
Link has a baton that allows him to 'awaken' the 'wind'... Hence 'Wind Waker'... Only immature people would come up with variations like 'wanker'. I do agree though that a better name could have been thought up, but come on people, it's just a subtitle... |

The name's alright. It doesn't really matter much to me anyway...
|
you could call it Zelda: Ancient Rhino From the West and i still wouldnt care, as long as the game is good

you WOULDN'T care if it was called Ancient Rhino From the West? Hell, I'd buy a Gamecube and ten copies of the game if it was called that... 'Wind Waker' is alright I suppose and SL, who's immature? teenagers who come up with teenage-like comments or a 20-some year old father who is a regular at a board full of tennaged gaming fanboys? |
I dont have a problem with it. Hell, when I bought OOT, I didnt even know what an Ocarina was...the name is perfectly fine.
|
Well, I think its better then the wand one. This subtitle somewhat resembles the OOT name. Now, are they really going to use the boat instead of the sheild and sword for the backround on the next Zelda box? Its just not the same...

I mean I'll always be a kid @ heart. It's the only way to live, otherwise you'll never really live ur life! I'm 22, and not all 20 year olds are mature. I'm not. But I can be when I have/want to be. That's why I play games, and why I'm not stressed as easily as many other 22 year olds I know. I live the good life! If it means chatting on the forums, then so be it. If more adults started playing games and being less serious, this world would be a better place. |
whoa, bobcat...
first of all, I don't have a problem with immaturity. not always. I don't have a problem with the way SL is...he's cool in my books, always has been. I just wanted to make him think twice when he's calling others immature Him playing videogames has nothing to do with him being immature (something which I didn't accuse him of being in the first place) Chatting with 13 year olds about neat new Nintendo games instead of talking it up with fellow younger adults about gaming are two seperate things IMO...maturity is the thing that seperates them the most *NOTE* I have no problem with 20-some year olds 'chatting with 13 year olds about neat new Nintendo games'...I do find it immature, however. I'm just reminding him that maybe he shouldn't accuse others of being immature. and bobcat, I agree with you. gaming can be peaceful. immaturity is sometimes needed in order to have fun or relax. pretty much everyone has an inner child, and that's important. I do think that there will be more important things in life at the age of 25 or so...such as starting a family, earning a living and developing independancy. but that's another subject ;) |

Just like if you're gonna volunteer at an old folk's home, don't be like "AH GOD WHY DO YOU HAVE TO TALK ABOUT SOAP OPERAS AND BOB BARKER SO DAMN MUCH!?"... |
