Interesting...ESPN's rankings are mostly garbage though...

Honestly...I'll be happy if the Bucs win the NFC...if the Eagles made it to the conference finals, we'd beat em no matter what. Home or away, they're scared of the Eagles...Im frightened of Atlanta and Vick more than Tampa, I don't think anyone wants to play them in the play-offs. Anyway, go Eagles, AJ is gonna blow-up, and McNabb will be back to lead us through the Super Bowl, peace.

If the Packers have home field advantage it's all over for the NFC playoffs. :) |
It's gonna be Tamba bay v-s Indionapolis or Pittsburg.

What? Did you watch the Eagles Bucs game this year? In case you didn't notice the Eagles won and they are underfeated in the NFC. Thois means as of now they have the tie breaker over EVERYONE in the NFC.
Tampa Bay is a paper champion, and a thin one at that. Brad Johnson has a rubber arm and their defense ISN'T the Ravens defense of 2 years past. Their record is a reflection of their weak as a baby schedule. They have 9 wins, but only 2 of them are on teams with winning records. OOOOOOOH... let me shudder in fear... The Eagles exposed them and I don't think they will go past their first game in the playoffs, no matter if they have a bye or home field advantage. First game, they lose. Remember I said that. |

Im actually expecting Pittsburgh-Green Bay. That would be like a Dream come true. On a side note, I found this funny movie on shockwave.com, its about this Pittsburgh Steeler fan who tried to fly to heaven during a Pittsburgh Steeler game, I think its very well made, and its funny. http://atomfilms.shockwave.com/af/content/icarus |
Saying that the Bucs are nothing special is also saying Green Bay is terribly overrated, since the Bucs spanked GB last week.
Eagles fans...I think that Philly is a top 3-4 team, but I wouldn't put them ahead of the Bucs...yet the Eagles have proved that they're quite inconsistant. They got beat by 3 teams in the AFC South, which is considered one of the weaker divisions in football, in 3 meetings. There's no excuse for losing to Tennessee, Jacksonville and then get destroyed by the Colts who were coming off a 3 game losing streak. And if you're gonna go by only head to head matchups, it would mean that the Texans could be better than any other team in the league since they beat the Jags who beat the Eagles who beat the Bucs who beat the Packers and so on. the Eagles did expose the fact that Tampa can be quite beatable. But the Colts did the same to the Eagles....only it wasn't a 20-10 game....it was a 35-13 game  I still think the Eagles are easily a top 5 team...but not the best oh, and my prediction for the Super Bowl is Miami vs. Tampa |
I see your point...but if there is anything consistent about the Eagles, it's that they beat the Buccanears...2 times in a row in the playoffs and earlier this year in a playoff like game. Also, for now we're talking about playoff positioning within the conference. Ok...we're 1-3 in AFC, but 7-0 in the NFC, which is the main concern at this point. We'll worry about the AFC again when we get to the Super Bowl. I think that if the Eagles secure a first round bye, we'll be a pretty good lock for the super bowl birth...it'll give McNabb more time to prepare (well he may be back for week 17), and a home game at the Vet in it's last year will be insane...But of course, the Eagles have let me down before, and nothing is safe in the NFL these days...it's still way to early to talk, I probably jinxed them...oh well

Well, Miami, to me will not make it past their first match in the Playoff's, that is if they make it. Theirs a lot of teams, that wake of near the end. And Pats are Waking up, Buffalo, Must win tonight, or else, they can nearly say good bye. And The Jets have really woke up, from their horrible start.
So to me, Miami, if they go to the playoff's won't go far. Super Bowl --> Miami "NO". We can find out this week, and next week, who has a better chance to make it. Green bay, could of clinched Playoff birth like, 2 weeks a go, And they still have to. |

Miami???
Ok, someone's been smoking crack again... And yes, Green Bay is WAY overrated. They are Brett Favre. If Brett plays inconsistently, which he has been, the Packers play inconcistently. As long as they don't get Home Field in the playoffs, which they won't, I have no worries about them. |
Yes they will Clinch, but what i'm saying is that they had oppertunities, to clinch 2 weeks a go, but they lost stupid games, that they should have won.
