Anyone seen Reindeer Games?
I don't know why, but I just started thinking of that Reindeer Games movie. Has anyone else here seen it before? Every one seems to hate it because of it's absurdity, but I actually liked it pretty well. Beats most of the action films that have come out in a while. And the director's cut it is even better. As director John Frankenheimer said, "It's sexier and edgier." And that's true. Very sexy. Very edgy. Aside from that, the dialogue was really funny, too. "What do you say to Santa's dwarves?" "Elves." "You say thank you, motha ****a!" Ahh, tsk tsk.

i've seen it and i really liked it, except for the part at the end when he puts the money in peoples mail boxes, he just could've kept it for himself, but then again that would probably just be wrong

Sadly, John Frankenheimer died this year, so don't expect Reindeer Games 2: Return of the Santas to be coming out anytime soon. It's too bad that he went out with Reindeer Games as his last film. I liked Reindeer Games okay, but it doesn't even compare to Seconds or The Manchurian Candidate.

sorry freak that movie is just plain crappy.
1.reason Ben is in it 2.It sucks. |
Number one is a bad reason and number two isn't a reason at all. Basically, you're saying that you don't like it because you don't. This isn't an Apple Jacks commercial.

lol....i liked it....esspecially the scene in the pool:stud:
was pretty good IMO... |
You perverted little bastard! Get out of my house!
|
GT your house now? how much it cost you? i want in!!!
|
About fifty Doubloons per square inch. Pretty good deal, really. Now, seriously, get out...
|
It was alright...I didn't think it was really 'sexy and edgy'...I mean moreso than some, maybe even most action films...but I wouldn't describe or labell the film as that.
Decent movie overall...not 'must-see' material though. |
I was talking about the diretor's cut. That was some sexy, edgy stuff. The studio didn't like it, however, so it was changed completely. I think both versions are pretty good, though.

nevermind then |
I didn't see the director's cut but I liked the movie....it was different....and the ending surprised me and I'm not someone that's easily surprised. It's not a must see movie....but for some reason I really liked it alot. :D

The first time I saw the ending I thought that it was absolutely rediculous. But the second time I saw the movie, I thought "Meh, it really isn't that goofy." John Frankenheimer also directed a movie called The Challenge. Now that had to be the most absurd movie ever. But I still liked it.

I kind of liked, good action, but some Boring parts.
I'd give it a 3.5/5 |
