VC: Disappointed?
Is anyone else a bit disappointed by Vice City?
I"m a very let down that there are no warehouses for stolen cars like there was in GTA3. I really looked forward to stealing the 100+ cars. The 24 cars for the showroom just doesn't equalize the warehouses or the ship. The storyline and overall game is much better than 3, but that one missing element really bothers me. Is anyone else missing something? |
when was there ever big warehouses full of cars in 3?? or ships or whatever your talking about.
not quite sure what you mean yet. |
Yeah, what the hell are you talking about man? :D
I'm not dissapointed with GTA:VC... It's just a fustrating game to play like GTA3. I can only play for 30-45 mins at a time. |
No, I am loving GTA: VC but the game can really get on your nerves at times. I mean, take the Deathrow mission for instance.
|
I have played a little GTA:VC since my friend bought it and I'm not too disappointed. The main thing that stands out is that the cops are more tough/ruthless in the '80's rather than in the '00's. :sneaky:

hes talkin about that big ass list where u gotta get all the cars.
anyway im ****ing loving vc! i have lotsa property now! ice cream shop pole position club hyman condo 1121 washintgon street (somethin like that) some other one close to washington street my normal house diaz's mansion and maybe some more |
I am liking VC. It is just like GTA3, except a bunch of more stuff, which is what makes it so good. I have yet to buy any houses or properties yet... I think that is because I haven't really done too many missions yet. However, I am starting to go through it mission by mission. Oh, and I love just riding around in a ***gio or a PCG 600, and looking for hidden packages.

in the game printed next to the door, there was another on the third island near the northernmost bridge with the other half. Also in the port was a freighter. If you drove an emergency vehicle near the ship a pink activation marker would light up. You park the car and get out and a crane lifted the car onto the freighter. After you completed each warehouses list you could then go back anytime and get any of the cars on the list. It's amazing that only one of you knows what the hell I'm talking about. Didn't any of you steal the Securicars for cash either? They were accepted at a garage in the port too. The first garage had the Dodo on the list and it was sheer torture driving it from the warehouse to the docks. |
Yeah, I remember those.... However, I don't think I ever delivered the cars. Oh well.
|
theres on of those garages in Vice City its over at the Car Showroom
|
I'm not disappointed in Vice City at all. I mean, it wasn't even my most wanted game this year...and I think it's much better than GTA3 :)

1. thought you meant there was one full of cars. not one where you had to collect the cars. 2... THERE WAS A LIST@?@?@? i was just taking random cars to that garage to see if it would take em. =/ |
I got the game today and I don't think it's dissapointing (so far, at least)... I likes it a lot, although the controls on foot are kinda meh...
But so far I've just done some of the missions to earn some cash and havn't really gotten a chance to explore the city yet... And such... And riding motorcycles is fun... yay for motorcycles :D So was that little chase on the golf course :p |
