I just bought a new comp, and it has a 40X cd rw drive, BUT I CANT FIND THE DAMN PROGRAM THAT BURNS THE CDS!

anyone at all know where it is/thanks in advance

there is a computer forum you know....

Whoever moderates this board will move it to the comp board. Why don't you go into one of the media programs like media player and look for the "burn cd" link or button.

Windows Media Player works...

I used it to burn my last CD

East CD Creator 5 automatically does it for you. I am pretty sure some program had to come with it.

i had easy cd creator on my last comp and that program rocked. this one doesnt really have a prog, its kind of a build in theing, more or less i guess.

go download Nero, tis the best.

Nero every time for when I use Windows.

Easy CD Creator sucks big elephant balls in comparison.

i busted my drivers for my cd and dvd drive... so.. umm. they both broke.. any suggestions?

nope it wasnt the drivers.. when i uninstalled the cd burning software it did something to my windows registry.. anyway i downloaded a fix for it..........
