True Fantasy Live

So what do you all think of this game? I say it's a mix between Ragnarok Online and FFXI. Looks great.

well, FFXI looks better, but this still looks cool. and its made by Level 5 (who also make dark cloud) so i'm deffinitely interested.

Looks very Ragnarok ish.

It does look cel-shading... But I am not quite sure. But if anyone has played Ragnarok Online, they should know that this game really looks something like it.

Additionally, True Fantasy Live Online will make use of voice chat, which will allow for easy and effective in-game communication without requiring a keyboard.

True Fantasy Live Online is being created by Level 5, the developer responsible for the well-received Dark Cloud and the forthcoming sequel Dark Cloud 2, both for the PlayStation 2. True Fantasy Live Online is set to debut as a Japanese game, and Microsoft couldn't confirm at this time that it's planned for release in the US, although more will be revealed about the game next week at the Tokyo Game Show. True Fantasy Live Online will be officially unveiled at TGS.

Looking really good to me, hopefully they release it in the US.

it looks cel-shaded, but at the same time it doesnt, very interesting.

If this game runs faster than FFXI's "20 frames per second or less" (IGN) I think it will look better in the end

looks crappy (graphically)...especially for an XBox game

the only two cel shaded games I think look good are Sly Cooper (very nice graphics) and ZOE2 (STUNNING graphics)

Perhaps because the characters are cell-shaded while the environments aren't.

But, I don't have an X-box so it wont really matter that much to me.

This game looks really kool I have always wanted to play a Japanese style MMORPG let’s just hope it plays as good as it looks.
