Well... my new comp is here but all i know about it right now is that its an ASUS mother board with 533 mhz FSB.. thats good right?

I get to open the rest tommorow after school .. il prolly jus edit the post and ask what you guys think of it ...

I finally got around to posting it

Processor: 1.8 ghz pentium 4 :unsure: not bad i guess... it clocked in at 1.82 on sisoft sandra..

Ram: 512 mg DDR-SDram or somethin like that.. dunno speed

Video card: 64 mg Geforce 2 mx 400 :(

Mother Board: ASUS p4s533 ... thats what the box sais... 533 mhz FSB..

Windows XP pro

Cd burner : 40x16x48
dvd drive 16x

Kaspersky anti vuris
some firewall.. i turned it off...
2 case fans so shes runnin pretty cool i guess... can someone tell me how to check?

Sound blaster live dolby 5.1 or somethin like that.. cant remember.. i know it had all those words in it..

I was jus testing the sound.. and i didnt think i would notice a difference cause im not the kind of person that pays much attention to sound quality but its LOTS better... i cant eaven imagine what the hell my old one was.. hehe

umm.. thats all i can think of right now.. watcha guys think of her.. well for $0 .. it was free! and almost everything came installed... oh and an 80 gig hard drive

First thing I would recommend to upgrade is the video card. Wait for another month or 2 (if you can) for the newest cards. But if you can't then get a GeForce 4 or whatever.

yeah i know im gonna upgrade... it pisses me off.. that there are already 2.8 ghz processors.. makes me feel kinda like a got a crappy cpu
