Carlos is from South America. His exact nationality is unknown but he carries Indian blood. He is a U.B.C.S. soldier, in charge of heavy firearms, security and mission back-up. He is also responsible for weapons maintenance. At first sight he may appear inexperienced and immature. He is actually warm-hearted, with a strong sense of right and wrong.

Problem is, sometimes you generally feel like you almost always have to prove your strength and prowess, and often time find yourself protecting the weak and those who, perhaps, don't need your courageous services. But such sacrifice is noble, and never for your own personal gain or well-being. Strong, courageous and a true survivor, you're bound to come out on top. However, there are times when the aid and input of others is greatly needed in helping you achieve your goals. You're also one hell of a fisherman. Whee.

The world you see through your eyes is not the world the rest of us live in. To you the world is there to cater to your every whim like a spoiled prince and his kingdom. Stuck in some 'fairytale,' you tend to have rather foolish views on the world, and because of your selfish nature you're childish and immature. You're quick to start a fight, but should confrontation be established you're quick to flee. Honestly you're a rather pathetic person who needs to cling and have something to anchor you down in this world to maintain some sense of sanity or you'd otherwise be truly insane. Where to really begin? Not only are you the biggest coward on the face of the earth, you also rely almost entirely on the consultation of your sibling, who just uses you for their own benefit. Selfless and considerate of others, you often give those you're close to the benefit of the doubt, and before you go and point fingers you first gain solid proof against them rather than outright accuse them. Chances are, however, that you trust people sometimes a bit too much, and in doing such are shocked to discover you've been deceived. However, in the end your strong will and determination prevail, and you right the wrongs, should such actions be necessary. And fanboys love your tube top and miniskirt.
