What kind of battle system is FF:CC?
 

In the video 3 characters are attacking at the same time. Most likely not turn based like traditional FF games. Looks kind of like Grandia-style. Doubt it plays like Kingdom Hearts since the camera follows one character and then another who wasn't even on screen. What do you think?

Maybe it's just promotional footage or a cut-scene. I didn't look too hard, though, seven seconds isn't much to focus on... :unsure:

Hmm...it is indeed hard to tell. At first look I thought it was action-rpg similar to Seiken Densetsu. But I guess we will have to wait.

it definitely looks different from other FF games.

I don't think they'd make the system exactly the same as other FF's.

I hope it's different (like maybe Chrono Cross Different). I don't really mind if it's turn based or RT

If it was like Grandia 2 it would rule. Grandia2 has the best battle system I have seen in an RPG. Anyway, I think that is a cinema or something. I don't see Square leaving their turn based battle system.

Im not really sure about the gameplay but if that guys the main character he looks gay as hell he looks like he could be the replacement for oliver twist. O well ill probably end up buying it newayz since its for gamecube and its FINAL FANTASY!!!
