Next Big PS2 game??
 

im bored.

need games.

whats the next big PS2 game comeing out?

i mean like Rachet and Clank. (whens that come out?)

And i dont mean online games, unless its something spectacular like FFXI (but free damnit. gotta be free) socom or whatever isnt anything new. i can get games like that on PC.



I reserved Mario for GC (my first GC game since i got the GC when it was released)

but i want something for PS2!! im really looking foward to Ratchet and clank. but is there anything new?

Well theres Sly Cooper...um..if you like RPGs there are a few good ones coming out this fall...uh...theres also Devil May Cry 2, Onimusha 2, TimeSplitters 2, and the Getaway...thats all I can think of right now.

kingdom hearts is coming out in september, and legaia 2 comes out on october 1st, theres also onimusha 2, and grandia xtreme which both come out pretty soon.

anddd. actaully i asked which is the best game that comes out NEXT.

the next ps2 game i buy will be Kingdom Hearts, so I'd say that would be the next best ps2 game.

SOCOM. Not new, but improvement over similar games.

not interested tho.

cuz soon the only Online shooter i will be playing is UT 2003.

how bout stuntman, or maybe SSX Tricky, or spider man....all them kick ass

SSX Tricky isnt too much of an upgrade over SSX

And Stuntman i hear isnt the best. altho i havnt played that one yet.

Stuntman was a pretty cool game, but I wouldn't consider it a blockbuster of any sort.

I think EGM said its a little too hard because if you screw up in just a little way, BAM! do it all over again. Complete with load times:D

the next big game on the PS2 will be SOCOM: US Navy SEALs...

not interested in that? Try Kingdom Hearts or the very promising Sly Cooper, which both come out in September. Ratchet and Clank isn't out until November.

And Stuntman is a bad game...

Stuntman was only good for the movie-previews they show at the end of each stunt-set.



And if I were you, I would get Kingdom Hearts, Ratchet and Clank, The Getaway... And if you like the GTA series, get Vice City.

Stuntman wasn't bad at all, but the loading times were B-R-utal.
