Which pre-Playstation Final Fantasy is the best?

never played any of the pre-playstation ones...

Well, then you're missing out on a lot. I guess all Americans who like Final Fantasy are missing out on a lot, because, sadly, only three of the six pre-Playstation Final Fantasy's were released in the States. I'll tell ya, the Japanese really screwed us over. Pearl harbor was nothing compared to this. Anyway, you should check out FF I, II, and III. You won't be dissapointed in them.

FFIII. At least from what I played. I have to finish it. :-o

FF6 (3), no doubt.

I've only played a small bit of FFVI/III but it was the better of the two pre-PSX FFs I've played.

Well, to the surprise of no one, Final Fantasy III has gotten the most votes. Hmm...I wonder why the first one hasn't gotten a single vote.

no wonder III has gotten the most....it's cuz it an amazing storyline....almost as good as VII
