You soccer fans are always so insecure about your sport. If you love soccer, then great, talk about it. There is no need to take cheap shots at American Football by inferring that it is not the "real" football. They are both equally valid sports...

....

eeeeeerrrrrRRRRRRRRRRRRR

SOCCER SUCKS MY YAM BAG WITH SYRUP!!!

*curses himself and leaves*

EPL - Manchester United. i sense another large transfer coming.
FA - Liverpool
CL - AC Milan. i feel a huge transfer coming.

No... Football (the REAL one) existed before 'american' football. If anything, American football should be called soccer .

I tip Man Utd for the premiership, while the chamions league is as open as could be. The one team I know that WONT win it is Celtic :p.

 Ok.

You need to take some lessons in identifying sarcasm.

You know, instead of post cramming, could you either answer the topic, or not answer at all?

Back to topic. I finished seeing Arsenal and Liverpool playing. Not suprisingly, Liverpool played as crap/boring as ever, while Arsenal seemed to be playing much like last season, on form,, though they lacked some match practice.

It will be close like I said before, but Man Utd should win it.

So exactly who needs the lesson in sarcasm?

Anyway, I do enjoy soccer, but only really during the World Cup when the best of the best play one another with national pride on the line. It makes for a very heated contest. Plus, penalty shots are probably the most dramatic event in any sport short of 4th and 1 with 3 seconds left with the game on the line.

Now if we could just find a way to make them score more...

You ;).

I was dissapointed with many things in this worldcup, and the one in 98. If anyone remembers 90/94, then everyone would agree that there was nothing better to watch/experience. :D
