Sigh... cheddar? Bleuch.

The only true cheeses to be consmed on their own are lancashire, cheshire and wendslydale - nice white crumbly cheeses. Also great in salads, as are feta and halloumi.

I've had some smoked dutch cheese before, and that was delcicous.

Good mozarella is also excellent - the "hard" stuff, not that rubbery crap they put on pizza.

And to everyone out there who eats cheese on toast: if you're not using Worcester Sauce (Lea and Perrins, natch), you're not eating cheese on toast.

It's Nacho cheese, it's my cheese... :sneaky:

It's best to just leave your own milk out for a week.

From the pole, it'd be Swiss cheese.

But my favorites are St-André and Boursault.
