Umm... You do not even have a current custom rank... So you probably cannot use that... at least to my understanding.

Oh, ok, i get it now.. Once i change it, i only have to pay 300 to change it again... right? :D

A custom rank is 1,000 for one month (anyone without one may get it) and 5,000 for a prmanent one

When you pay to change it it stays changed for the rest of the month unless you change it again. If you have a perm. custom you pay the same amount to do the same thing, and it stay like that until you change it again at any time.

I have this mystical custom rank of village idiot... that I won or something... from... some... thing... say I wanted to change it... would I have to pay like 5000 to buy it or just pay the... whatever price it said it was to change it?

If its already custom then you dont need to re-buy it. Because if it was a prize, it would be like making you pay for your prize. You can get a hitman, but sadly it cost 9,000
