Those nasty comps
 

After reading some comments on other message forums I've come to the conclusion that the WC comps are indeed harder than the starcraft ones. Many people have had trouble with them it seems. So take comfort in knowing that the fact that we suck is not the only reason why matches against comps seem difficult. :D

I just bought the game but.. it dont work on my comp yet.. vid card isnt good enough.. i gonna upgrade slowly ever week or so..

Next time we'd better play against humans!!! :(

YAY! We're acually gettin better! we (me, Neo, Bond, Mecha, Mush,sum 1 else i think i'm missing...) beat 2 comps!! in a couple of games :) but they were prolly fightin eachother so... i dunno... I'd like to say we're starting to kick ass :p

Mecha, Neo and I also beat 2 of them. But it wasn't a fair fight because they killed eachother. Gave us some time to build up a defence and army. :)

Oh yeah I discovered that it's sometimes cheaper to build lots of towers instead of units for defence. Because those units need upkeep and will cost more gold than you spend on those few towers.

Too bad I'm not often online when you are. I only meet those who stay up late. :)

yeah, i usually ony have 5 guys and a hero till i finish my def and upgrade everything... only prob wit that is by the time you build your army lots of things have happened.... like the comp is already dead from another player :p

Then you really are too slow... ;)

It's also important to claim a second (and third) goldmine before the enemy takes it. You really need the gold.

Has anyone played the Night Elves??? I don't want to play them until I (almost) finish their campaign. So far I've only played with the humans and the undead. :)

o, i do usually claim a second gold mine near the beginning while i'm still building up my def... i will be playin the night elves in 3 orc chapters! man, i've been burning through these campains.

Played them in the Campaign or played as them?

hey, i just got a really rad rushing technique wit the night elves :)

Rushing sux. Unless you win with it :D

But I still hate rushing. It doesn't let you play much of the game.... you only train some basic units, not the cool advanced ones.

I'm in the 3rd lvl of the Orc campaign now. :D

yeah, but everyone does it to you and i haven't figured out a good def to keep em off, so i just attack em b4 they kill me :) hehe, i'm done the campains on normal :D the little outtakes (funny sceens they made up) they got wit the creds are hilarious!:lol: at the end of all em it says come back on hard so i'm thinking there is sumthin better! i could tell ya guys wut they all are if you want but i dun wanna spoil anything ;)
