AGB Games, who make game engines (as far as I understood), have made a new racing game demo of their new tecnology. And it looks awesome! (I didn't want to use that word)

It looks almost good as a PSX game, and is lightning fast. Just check out the shots and movies yourself. Here's the link.

Wow. Do these guys just make the tools to make games like this? Or have they started to construct actual GBA games that will be released?
