Intriguing Thought
Would a person get a childs discount if he was born on Feb. 29th? If something says 10 and under are free or at a discount, would they get that discount until they are 40?

This isn't intriguing at all.
People who are born on a "Leap Day" just take their birthdays as either March 1 or February 28. |
They'd still be the same age. A 40 year old person could say they have only had 10 birthdays but they're still 40 years old.
