I agree, what exactly is the point of this besides some collosally immature one upping of MS?

"HEY!! WE RAN LINUX ON XBOX!!! THE FACT THAT ALMOST NO ONE USES OUR OPERATING SYETEM IS NOW IRRELEVANT!!!!"

It just goes to prove that we don't necessarily mature as we age.

I heard this from a friend... it's like Linux is legal to use, but mod chips aren't. So they're looking for a way to run Linux without having to alter the X-Box. Sounds cool to me. :)
