PAL GC's have "hairline cracks" in them
If you look carefully from then top, above the two buttons on the left there are cracks. I read this in Hyper magazine, and it freaked me out when I saw them.
I'm pretty sure it said "PAL". Hopefully it's not just the Australian ones :p Have a look and let me know. |
Well, american ones have small indents around the buttons too. It was manufactured that way.
|
Does anyone know why Nintendo chose to have these "cracks" alongside the buttons and whatnot? My US 'Cube does, but it doesn't really bother me. Just seems odd, but meh.
|
we went tho this like a year ago....
They arent cracks. They're simply lines from the mold that made the plastic casing of the nintendo itself. they are just as strong as any other part of the nintendo case. they are the EXACT same way on every GC |
I think they are all designed that way, both my PAL and NTSC Gc's have them...
|
Haha. They're not cracks. They just look that way. There's no manufacturing fault. It's just fine.
It's the way the molding took place. Don't worry about it. We US guys were all over this in November. :D |
Yeah old article, but Bobcat just read it in a mag, and they're always slower than internet.
But don't worry Bobcat, your GC won't fall apart! |
