Inspired by the Online Nintendo thread, I was thinking about all the amazing multiplayer maps that have defined shooters. There are some maps that are just soooooo much fun you cannot forget.

Some classics:

TF2's Two Fort. Two words: Sniper Fest. I learned to take out an opposing sniper in less than one second due to the hardcore competition on my favorite server on steam. But now I'm rusty again. :(

I forget the name, but it's from Wolfenstein Enemy Territory. Great free online WWII FPS.





I am also very fond of every map in Battlefield 1942. That game is too fantastic for words.

Fuck 2Fort, Dustbowl is better.


Might as well through Blood Gultch in there.


Far Cry's whatever map I made that was fun.

Call of Duty 3, Eder Dam.

I thought that map was Coagulation?

Anyway, TF2 - Dustbowl for sure. Also, Halo 2 - Terminal.

Coagulation was its name in Halo 2.

How could I (anyone) forget that level (whos name I forget) from Halo. With the two bases on either end of the valley.

Great multiplayer level.
