Nintendo should probably celebrate the 25th anniversary of Metroid
 

Nintendo celebrated the 25th anniversary of Mario last year, and they'll do the same with Zelda this year. Metroid also turns 25 this year, so I had this thought that it's 25th year should also be celebrated. Anyway it's too bad that doesn't seem like it'll happen, since it's another one of Nintendo's biggest franchises.

Let's say it did happen. How would you have liked for Nintnedo to commemorate Metroid's 25th anniversary?

I swear you can't turn your head without hitting some sort of milestones these days.

Granted, knew Zelda/Metroid shared it. But also 15th anniversary of Pokemon. 20th of Sonic and several others.

As for... I can see something like Mario All-Stars with Metroid, Metroid 2 and Super Metroid on a disc.
