I never realized English and Frisian (the 2nd language of Holland, spoken in my birth province) were so connected!

I have a book on the English language (I like learning), and I was amazed by that, too.

English is essentially a combination of other languages, which is what makes it unique from other European languages, yet similar at the same time.

I mean, there's obviously a lot more to it than that, but being general and all.
